Hiring Process and FAQs

Our talent acquisition team reviews applications and selects potentially qualified candidates for screening. During the screening process, we will review the role, discuss a candidate’s skills and experience, and gather and verify requirements and documentation, including clearance and certifications. The recruiter will submit all qualified candidate applications to the hiring manager for review. Candidates that are selected to move forward in the process will be contacted to schedule an interview. Depending on the role, the number of stakeholders involved in the interview process, and information obtained during the interview, multiple interviews may be required. Once a hiring decision is made, we swiftly contact candidates to continue the hiring process.

The recruiting process can range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on the role, location, initial security requirements, and other factors. However, our talent acquisition team will maintain contact and be available throughout the process to follow up, answer questions, or assist as needed. Please refer any questions about specific roles to a member of our talent acquisition team.

After a hiring decision is made, the talent acquisition team will contact the candidate to inform them of the decision and proceed with the official offer process. Upon acceptance of the offer, a member of the talent acquisition team will contact the candidate to arrange a potential start date and gather the necessary information and documents to facilitate a seamless handoff to the onboarding coordinator. The onboarding coordinator will send an introductory email outlining what can be expected during the onboarding process. The onboarding coordinator will facilitate all onboarding and security processing tasks, maintaining communication throughout the process. Once a candidate has completed onboarding, the onboarding coordinator will perform a handoff to the new hire’s supervisor and share contact information.
