Army North IT Operations Support Services (Prime)
Digital Consultants currently supports US Army North, the Army Service Component Command to US Northern Command an ITIL®- aligned Tier 1, 2, and 3 Service Desk operation, as well as cybersecurity support, for command and control of forces in day-to-day, training, and contingency operations. We support 900 users operating approximately 1,500 NIPRNET Computers, 70 multi-function devices (printers), 1,000 wireless devices (smart phones etc.) and various other endpoints. We also provide 24/7 surge support during National Level Exercises or real-world events. Our work includes:

Army Intelligence and Security Command Cybersecurity and Network Operations (Prime)
Digital Consultants supports Fort Shafter, HI, Wiesbaden, Germany, and Fort Bragg, NC providing Cybersecurity and Network Technology services to sustain the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), the Network Monitoring and Configuration Management solution, and the virtual infrastructure for these technologies on Army Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) and the INSCOM Military Intelligence (MI) Domains. We support GISA’s four (4) primary data centers (Ft. Belvoir, VA, Ft. Bragg, NC, Ft. Shafter, HI, and Wiesbaden, Germany) to provide global services coverage. Our work includes:
- Automated Vulnerability Management and Compliance Management.
- Installation, Configuration, and Customization of Network Monitoring tools.
- Maintenance and sustainment of ACAS Security Centers and Scanners and continuous monitoring of the performance and integrity of the ACAS solution.
- Maintenance of all RMF accreditation documents for ACAS and SolarWinds applications.
- Creation of ACAS TTP’s, SOPs, and capture lessons learned to improve performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of Cybersecurity personnel using the ACAS tool.
- Operation and maintenance of Linux RHEL satellite server on Army and MI Domain networks.
Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Headquarters VTC/IPTV/AV Support Services (Prime)
Digital Consultants provides conference room operations and maintenance support for over 120 customized VTC/IPTV/AV engineered systems installed at US Army TRADOC and Army Futures Command located in Fort Eustis, VA, and the Pentagon. Our customers include the 4-star Commanding General and the 3-Star Deputy Commanding General and over 100 VIPs plus the remaining Headquarters staff. These systems are installed at various locations such as auditoriums, conference rooms, executive suites, team rooms, mobile VTC carts, portable AV systems, and desktop VTC systems.
Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Land Mobile Radio Engineering Support (Prime)
Digital Consultants provides daily logistics, inventory, accountability, procurement, and sustainment support for over 2,000 Motorola radio units for PFPA, which include APX-6000, 7000, 7500, 8000, and 8500 units. We also manage an additional 100 Harris XG100 and XL200 radio units, which are managed via Harris P25 Trunking systems across 35 sites. Our team provides LMR network operation support, LMR Emergency Response Activities and Training, LMR Engineering and Documentation, and LMR installation and maintenance support which includes:
- Preventive Maintenance Inspections
- Maintenance and support for the PFPA encryption system program
- Repair and replacement of encryption modules in fixed, mobile and portable, LMR or other wireless devices.
- Management and administration of mobile devices.
- Ensuring all dispatch consoles and emergency backup radios are fully operational to avoid any potential network downtime.
- Installation and removal services for PFPA fleet vehicles to include LMR, LMR Integrated Control Head and associated Public Safety Response Equipment, Global Positioning System Equipment, Mobile Computer Terminal, Cellular, Satellite-based systems, Voice-Over-Internet-Protocol and other IP-based communications systems.
- Asset Management support.
National Defense University (NDU) CIO Project Management, Process and Compliance Services Support (Prime)
Digital Consultants provided support to NDU’s comprehensive IT business process reengineering and application modernization effort to realize its mission and vision by implementing leading-edge technical resources. We provided strategic program management services that defined the roadmap for information and education technology at NDU. Our Data Management support included:
- Data architectures for complex system and data integration programs.
- Data analysis, design, modeling, and implementation support.
- Extending conceptual models with business rules to develop logical data models.
- Developing and documenting analytical models using statistical analysis, data mining, and other tools.
- Evaluating alternatives for integrating legacy data sources with enterprise relational models and strategies for transactional and analytical systems to effectively share data.
- Establishing and maintaining the alignment of data architecture to the University’s business strategy, goals, and objectives, and the defined architectures of other key enterprise architecture domains.
- Data normalization and documentation of data dictionaries for multiple NDU legacy and current databases.
DoD STARBASE Program Support (Prime)
Digital Consultants operates the DoD STARBASE Program at Peterson Space Force Base. DoD STARBASE is a premier educational program, sponsored by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Manpower and Reserve Affairs. At DoD STARBASE, students participate in challenging “hands-on, minds-on” activities in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). They interact with military personnel to explore careers and observe STEM applications in the “real world.” DoD STARBASE’s primary focus is a program for fifth graders. The goal is to motivate them to explore STEM opportunities as they continue their education. DigiCon’s services include:
- STARBASE program management.
- Developing customized curriculum from a large offering of peer-reviewed learning opportunities in each STEM area.
- Working with school districts to support their standards of learning objectives.
- Educational instruction in two classrooms run simultaneously, each hosting 30 5-day classes, totaling 60 classes annually with 25-30 students each.
- Leading tours and giving lectures on the use of STEM in different settings and careers.
- Expanding with an after-school program focused on STEM subjects to middle school students (grades 6-8).
